Michel has an experience of more than 27 years in the Pharmaceutical industry where he held leadership positions as European Clinical Research Director for Parke-Davis (Pfizer), Medical Director for Wyeth and Zeneca as well as VP Medical Affairs for Beaufour Ipsen. After taking the management of the European R&D Operations of GENTA Inc.; a Californian Biotech company specialized on oligonucleotide antisense technology, Dr. Levy founded in 1995 Advanced Drug Development Services which has became an European CRO specialized in clinical trials.
Michel is doctor in Medicine with a Master degree in Pharmacology and he is an INSEAD graduate. Currently Michel is member of the board of AMIPS (The French association of medical doctors working with health products companies) and is Vice-President of AFCROs (the French association of CROs)

In 1993 he took a Business Engineer position in HITACHI Ultrasound Department.
In 1996 he joined HEWLETT PACKARD France Healthcare Department. He was in charge of the telemedicine solutions until 2000.
He then joined ADDS in 2001 where he took charge of Business Development.

Aurore is in charge of the international business development of ADDS as well as of the strategic partnerships. Given her international background she is familiar with the new trends of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sector. Before joining ADDS, Aurore was heading the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector of the French Trade commission in Tel Aviv, Israel. Aurore is a graduate from Institute of Political Science, Paris (Science Po) and MBA from la Sorbonne Institute of Business (IAE). She is an active member of several professionals associations such as the BioMed Network.
Jean-Paul Fabre – Director Medical Affairs

He started his career in 1980 in the Medical Information Department of the WINTHROP Group. He then entered the PARKE DAVIS Company as a Product Safety Manager. In 1987 he joined WYETH where he cumulated an Infant Formula Product Manager position and a Pharmacovigilance activity.
In 1989 he integrated ICI as, successively, Asthma and Anaesthesia Project Manager and Infectiology Product Manager.
In 1997 the Oncology Products Department was under his management. After the merger of ASTRA ZENECA, he became Development Project Manager for the whole Pneumology and Central Nervous System activity (asthma, chronic bronchitis, headaches and strokes).
In November 2001 he joined ADDS as a Medical Affairs Director.
